Re-iterate Buy — We maintain our Buy/High Risk (1H) rating on Transcend. The
company reported strong 2009 EPS of NT$10.36, as strategic products ramp
supported better margins in 4Q09. We see the recent share price correction as an
enhanced entry point into a company with strong secular growth on its branded
share growth and supplier strengths in DRAM and NAND flash segments.
